Leo Peicher is a founding partner of PointOne Holdings. Peicher oversees the firm’s strategic vision, sourcing and acquisitions. He is responsible for creating and maintaining both equity and debt relationships. Over the past decade, Peicher has been an active real estate promoter, investor and operator. Peicher has been a principal in real estate deals that total more than $900 million in transactional value. In 1987, Peicher founded and operated a chain of retail stores in Venezuela, which employed more than 200 people. Peicher was also the owner of the master franchise for Cartridge World, the world’s leading ink and toner cartridge retail operation, which he successfully expanded and sold in 2010. Since 2002, he has been involved in numerous aspects of the real estate business, including serving as principal and founder of several real estate companies. Peicher received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela.
Ben Colonomos is a founding partner of PointOne Holdings, and he focuses on asset management and investor relations. Colonomos has been a principal in real estate deals that total more than $500 million in transactional value. Prior to founding PointOne, Colonomos was the founder and CEO of MSI Corp., a leading wholesale-distribution company based in Miami Lakes with yearly revenues of more than $40 million. He has been active in the South Florida business community for more than 25 years and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations. Colonomos received his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and pursued post-graduate studies in business administration at George Washington University.
David Lewin is a founding partner of PointOne Holdings. He is responsible for strategic planning, oversight of all capital improvements and implementation and management of all operation and technology. Lewin has been a principal in real estate deals that total more than $500 million in transactional value. Prior to joining PointOne, Lewin held several senior level management positions, including vice president of operations and director of operations, at various technology, manufacturing and distribution firms in South Florida. Lewin received a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech University.
Peter Joerss joined PointOne Holdings in 2017, and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities. Joerss has 10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development and asset management, and has completed $500 million in multi-family transactions. Prior to joining PointOne, Joerss worked for various private-equity real estate investment and advisory firms, managing portfolios across all asset classes. During his career, he has overseen the management of over 4.5 million square feet of commercial assets and 3,500 multi-family units, with a focus on value-add repositioning and redevelopment. Joerss graduated from McGill University with a B.A. in Political Science and History, and holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
Mindy Drath joined PointOne Holdings in 2012. As the company’s Controller, Mindy is responsible for accounting activities including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing quarterly distributions, and working with external tax accountants. Mindy received a bachelor of science in Finance at Florida State University.
Mauricio Gutierrez joined PointOne Holdings in 2017 and is currently responsible for asset underwriting and valuation, as well as market research and investment analysis. Mauricio received his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Administration from Florida International University.
Nora has been a member of the PointOne Holdings staff since its inception in 2010. Nora concentrates on marketing and investor relations, and coordinates the closings of all the assets PointOne Holdings acquires. Nora received a bachelor’s degree from Universidad Tecnica de Manabi in Ecuador. Nora is a licensed Florida broker.
